The seat cover may not be effective if you own a Passat. I'm not able to stuff the plastic tubing in between the seat to keep it from shifting. The seat on Passat is too tight to allow me to do this. Therefore, the seat cover doesn't hold too well.

Great product for the money. Easy to install, stays in place and fits well in my F-150 Crew Cab. My only feedback to the manufacturer is to do away with the leather/leatherette trim...puppies LOVE that stuff.

WE have a long haired dog and couldn't find anything to keep the hair problem down. With this material it keeps everything cleaner in the car.

The Solvit seat cover fits nicely on either the second or third row bench seat on my Chevrolet Traverse. I use the cover when the rear seats are vacant or for one of my dogs (retired racing greyhounds) and remove it for human passengers. It takes only a few minutes to remove or put in place, and is easy to roll up for storage. The cover looks and feels OK, but I haven't tested its waterproof capability (hope I never have to) or needed to wash it.

Has nice material though haven't washed as yet so don't know how that will go. My wife is a short person & has removed the back seat headrests so that she can see out the back & the straps are supposed to loop around the headrest poles. Don't know how prevalent that is but we could use some alternate way to attach. Right now I have used some string to tie thru the gromets and have wrapped that around the plastic rings where the headrests should be. So far so good but definitely make do.
